Digital agency selling white-labeled ads to other agencies. They had a good offer and no repeatable way to find buyers. Their previous outreach was untargeted - blasting lists by industry with a single template.

We segmented by agency size, wrote 9–15 copy variants per segment, and tracked winning subject lines and angles in real time. Within 120 days, 424 high-intent replies had come in, 99 converted to booked calls, and the agency had a replicable playbook for client acquisition they didn't have before.

Recruiting firm targeting IT and finance companies in Nebraska and Florida. No outbound system, no pipeline outside referrals. The challenge wasn't building a list - it was building a motion that could close retainers, not just one-off placements.

We launched MPC campaigns targeting decision-makers at IT and finance firms, with copy focused on speed-to-placement and industry specificity. 176K emails sent, 164 high-intent replies from target buyers, 4 retainer clients closed. The program validated a retainer model that's rare in recruiting.

Burdett Hill Group had no predictable pipeline in the architecture, engineering, and construction space. Competitive market, long sales cycles, and BD that depended entirely on the owner's relationships.

We built curated lists of AEC decision-makers and ran personalized MPC outreach with continuous optimization over 12 months. The result: 56 meetings booked, 16 new client agreements, 8 placements completed, and a BD workload that dropped by roughly 15 hours per week for the owner.
